Job Description:

This role plays a key part in reducing waste, driving profitability, and strengthening customer trust in IKEA quality. This role is physically active and similar in intensity to warehouse-based work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on IKEA products and services
  • Present As-Is products with a strong commercial expression, setting attractive yet profitable pricing
  • Recover products to give them a second chance, including repackaging and restoring items to a saleable condition
  • Assemble products according to instructions to ensure complete functionality
  • Support store quality processes to continuously improve customers' perception of IKEA products
  • Consider sustainability impact when deciding how to recover or process products
  • Build strong cross-relationships to support recovery, quality and compliance processes
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers

Requirements:
