Job Description:

Product Quality Navigator role in IKEA Food to join Range Area Consumer Packaged Goods. Responsible for handling food alarms, analyzing deviations, coordinating improvement actions, and developing quality processes within the global IKEA Food business.

Job Responsibility:

Handle daily reported Food Alarms
Act as investigation leader on assigned Food Alarms
Coordinate actions within different stakeholders
Analyze deviations and customer feedback
Produce reports as input to improvement of running range and news development
Secure learnings from deviations are captured and communicated
Develop the handling deviation process and related ways of working
Participate in and initiate crossover initiatives within IKEA Food regarding quality improvements
Contribute to establishing strong quality culture among all IKEA Food Co-workers

Requirements:

University education
Experience in Quality Deviation handling
Experience in quality improvement and measurements
Flair for project management
Business aptitude
Fluent in spoken and written English
Team-oriented
Straight forward
Ability to work in changing and fast-moving environment
Detail-oriented problem-solving approach
Focus on accuracy
Structured way of working
High ability to coordinate, act and follow up
Ability to drive change in complex, fast paced, international environment
