Job Description:

As a Product Quality Navigator, you will lead Safety, Quality and Compliance efforts within the Cooking & Eating range area. You will analyze quality and safety data, support product improvements, ensure strong compliance culture, and proactively initiate activities to improve the IKEA range.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor and analyze quality and safety performance of running range based on deviations and customer feedback
deliver data-based deviation statistics with insights, recommendations and learning packages
represent and establish a strong quality, safety, and compliance culture
facilitate Product Safety Risk Assessment and Systematic Problem Solving
manage reported Quality, Safety and Compliance issues
collect data for authority reporting and safety investigations
contribute to the development of working methods and relevant tools
share best practice supporting Quality, Safety and Compliance deviations and improvements.

Requirements:

University Degree in Engineering or relevant experience in engineering or product development
experience in quality improvements
interpretation of data-based measurements and tools such as Systematic problem solving and Root Cause analysis
ability to coordinate, lead and inspire others
good analytical skills
great communication skills
ability to lead yourself to make things happen.
