Job Description:

As a Product Quality Navigator, you will handle daily reported Food Alarms, act as an investigation leader, and coordinate actions with different stakeholders. You are responsible for analyzing deviations, customer feedback, and contributing to the improvement of quality processes and establishing a strong quality culture in IKEA Food.

Job Responsibility:

Handling daily reported Food Alarms together with colleagues in the Deviation Team
act as investigation leader on assigned Food Alarms and coordinate actions within different stakeholders
analyze deviations, customer feedback and produce reports as input to the improvement of running range and news development
secure learnings from deviations are captured and communicated back to relevant stakeholders
develop the “handling deviation” process, related ways of working and relevant tools connected to daily work
participate in and initiate crossover initiatives within IKEA Food regarding quality improvements
contribute to establishing a strong quality culture among all IKEA Food Co-workers.

Requirements:

Interest in and experience of Quality Deviation handling, quality improvement and measurements
university education with flair for project management and business aptitude
fluent both in spoken and written English
ability to work in a changing and fast-moving environment
detail-oriented problem-solving approach with a focus on accuracy
work in a structured way
high ability to coordinate, act and follow up.
