Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring product recovery, quality and compliance processes are upheld to exceed each customer’s expectations
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the team including, delegating tasks, ensuring staff have clear understanding of the task and deadlines, as well as coordinating breaks
  • Providing feedback on team performance and troubleshooting and providing solutions where needed
  • Overseeing product quality and compliance tasks to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our products
  • Working closely with the different functions of the store to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product recovery, quality, and compliance
