Job Responsibility:
Ensuring product recovery, quality and compliance processes are upheld to exceed each customer’s expectations
Overseeing the daily operations of the team including, delegating tasks, ensuring staff have clear understanding of the task and deadlines, as well as coordinating breaks
Providing feedback on team performance and troubleshooting and providing solutions where needed
Overseeing product quality and compliance tasks to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our products
Working closely with the different functions of the store to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product recovery, quality, and compliance
Requirements:
