Job Responsibility:

  • Work with a pool of Project Managers on a variety of projects
  • support or lead the fulfilment of PM related tasks of the assigned project/s and as PMO/ Support Project Administration
  • Act as a single point of contact, coordinate and communicate with team members, technical project staff, back-office administration teams and all other relevant counterparts to ensure the processes are followed and all the required activities within a project are done as planned
  • Support the management of project financials, prepares reports, presentations and required budget tracking

  • Participate in set project/s related meetings & deliver required inputs, if applicable
  • Prepare presentations, reports, analysis regarding project/s status & future actions

  • Provide delivery readiness for New Product Introductions – ensure WW and GEO readiness aligned with all HPE Product Business Units: Storage , HPC & AI, Compute Products, Software and GreenLake
  • Provide delivery readiness for New Service Introductions – ensure WW and GEO readiness aligned with all HPE Services Portfolio
  • Service Delivery Guide Engineering (SDG)
  • Manage End of Support Life (EOSL) Planning
  • Sets product service metric goals, monitors product support business performance and identifies when corrective action is required
  • Collaborates with regions/WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree
  • Have demonstrated analytical skills
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with proactive approach
  • Have advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
