Job Description:

The role involves supporting the Product Collateral team in maintaining product-related presentations, ensuring compliance, collaborating with global stakeholders, and participating in process improvements. It requires experience in fund marketing, product presentation production, MS Office skills, and German/English proficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Regularly update and perform quality checks on fund/strategy presentations, including sourcing data from investment teams and applications, updating performance and positioning, and incorporating strategic, corporate, and prospectus changes
Upload and approve content using a centralised publishing tool, ensuring compliance approvals are obtained prior to publishing
Create and redesign presentation slides, manage translation requirements, and collaborate with global stakeholders
Handle daily interactions with external agencies
Maintain team logs and task planners, communicate workload status, and order reports from data providers
Participate in workshops for process improvement and manage related documentation
Provide additional support through proofreading and checking colleagues' materials, and assist with project tasks as requested by the team lead

Requirements:

Experience of Fund Marketing and the Asset Management industry
at least 2 years of product presentation production and maintenance
Experience of managing external agencies
Strong skills across MS Office suite
Experience with Seismic (an advantage)
English and German proficient level required
Presentation design experience (an advantage)
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
