Product Portfolio Manager

• Define and implement the right product portfolio for each destination
• Adjust product portfolio for current and potential clients while tracking main KPIs
• Ensure programs are up-to-date, rates are extended, and content is updated and translated
• Support defining and maintaining production guidelines and minimum standards
• Work as key admin user for Nezasa platform
• Coordinate with stakeholders to enable best solutions for each partner
• Highlight certain tours through marketing newsletters, platform positioning, and white label pages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply, sales, business excellence and operations

• Proven experience in product management or a related field
• Strong analytical skills to lead market analysis
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking and proactive approach to solving complex problems
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
• Proficiency in managing KPIs and ensuring product compliance with guidelines
