Job Responsibility:

  • Product Lifecycle Support: support the product manager in gathering and organising market, customer and operational requirements
  • contribute to monitoring the product lifecycle
  • participate in identifying operational, technical or regulatory gaps
  • Market, Customer and Competitor Analysis: conduct national and international benchmarks related to energy, solar, thermal electrification or storage
  • support the development of business analyses, technology trends, adoption drivers and potential business models
  • Support for Functional and Operational Documentation: prepare product documentation
  • review technical content in collaboration with engineering, operations, systems and legal teams
  • Support for Launch Preparation (Go-to-Market): assist in preparing materials for internal meetings and coordination with sales, operations and customer service
  • collaborate on the preparation of roadmaps, documentation for internal training and product onboarding processes
  • support the process of gathering stakeholder input and formalising decisions
  • Data and Metrics Management: support the team in the collection and analysis of operational, commercial and financial data
  • participate in the definition and updating of product KPIs
  • Operational Monitoring and Internal Communication: support internal multidisciplinary forums by preparing information, minutes and follow-ups
  • interact with various areas of the organisation to consolidate information
  • Support for Innovation and New Use Cases: contribute to preliminary technical/economic feasibility analyses of new concepts, pilots or funding opportunities
  • conduct technical and structured research to support internal decision-making

Requirements:

  • Economics, Financial, Management or Engineering Degree
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Structured and effective presentation/communication skills (written and oral)
