Product Owners is located in Frisco, TX will develop deep understanding of customer experience, especially at a tactical and transaction level.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintains Agile (Scrum / Sprint) team backlog, with input from customer, Product Manager, System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders
Collaborate with Agile team and stakeholders to write user stories and requirements that include acceptance criteria and acceptance tests
Review and prioritizes Agile Team backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other Product Owners (PO)
Review and assesses enabler work, understands scope of the upcoming enabler work and collaborates with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the technical infrastructures
Serve as primary resource (and source of truth/single point of contact) to Technical (Dev) team and Customer team for user story details
Manage and maintain efficient flow of just-in-time story elaboration activities (user story refinement) throughout team execution
Participate in team demo with primary responsibility of reviewing and accepting completed user stories
Participate in Iteration Retrospective
Oversee the PI system demo, which is part of the I&A workshop
Coordinate user story, functional, and technical dependencies with other Product Owners throughout each iteration and Program Increment
Work across Agile teams to define and implement improvement stories that will increase velocity and quality of the program
Takes ownership of user story quality and performance in production environment
Develop positive working relationships with Customer groups or Customer Representatives
Collaborate and develop positive working relationships with technical and non-technical teams, including sales, commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, and finance
Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer and Information Technology, Computer Science, or related, and 1 year of relevant work experience
OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Technology, Computer Science, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience
Experience with JIRA, Trello, Confluence, MS Project in leading the teams to have Agile backlog, sprint tracking, planning and tracking of project milestones and product vision
Experience with Enterprise systems like Active Directory/LDAP for user provisioning, SSO/OAuth for secure authentication across systems and ITIL Framework for ITSM based ServiceNow implementations
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Development using JavaScript for scripting in ServiceNow, HTML/CSS for UI customizations and JSON/XML for data formatting for integration to translate the Business requirements with technical details in the user stories
Experience with Integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs, Postman in integrating with other Enterprise systems like MuleSoft, and Dell Boomi
Experience with Designing ServiceNow ITSM solutions through visual diagrams using Microsoft Visio and Lucid Chart tools to describe the process flows of the ServiceNow Catalog items
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics for building ServiceNow CMDB health dashboards and KPIs tracking maturity of CMDB, Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and reporting and Microsoft Excel for data modelling
At least 18 years of age
