At Cozycozy, we help travelers compare all types of accommodation in real time, across more than 100 booking sites. Alongside the main Cozycozy platform, we are also developing a set of more specialized travel brands built around specific accommodation types, destinations, and travel needs. We are looking for a Product Owner to help shape and improve these experiences. This role is very hands-on. The goal is not just to manage a backlog, but to help us build useful, relevant, and well-executed products from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work on a dedicated product scope focused on building and improving specialized travel sites. You will help identify what should be built, how it should work, and how it should be improved over time. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, SEO, and Data to turn ideas into concrete product improvements that make our sites clearer, more useful, and more effective for users.
Job Responsibility:
Study specific accommodation segments, destinations, and user needs to understand what kind of experience each site should offer
Identify the most relevant features, filters, content blocks, and page structures depending on the audience and the type of product
Help define how each site should fit its market, its users, and its positioning
Review competitor experiences and market signals to spot gaps, good ideas, and improvement opportunities
Turn product needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
Brief Design on brand identity direction, moodboards, page requirements, UX ideas, and key user flows
Create wireframes or simple mockups when needed to make ideas more concrete and easier to execute
Work with Engineering and other stakeholders to make sure developments are clear, prioritized, and delivered properly
Help define which filters, modules, and product components should be shown to users depending on the site and use case
Track the performance of pages, features, and user journeys after launch
Analyze user behavior and business performance to identify what should be improved next
Support testing and iteration on layouts, filters, product content, and feature ideas
Collect feedback from internal teams and structure it into actionable product improvements
