Product Owner

• Act as the bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure that digital solutions deliver real value
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
• Define and manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with the product vision
• Assist in the definition of the product roadmap and contribute to strategic planning discussions
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user expectations
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Master’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital product development, business analysis, or project management
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – this is mandatory
• Eager to work in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• Willing to relocate to Brussels for the duration of the VIE assignment
