Product Owner

• Own and manage client’s payments digital channels, including: Payment processors
• Gateways
• POS terminals
• Kiosks and terminal applications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external payment vendors and technology partners
• Reduce operational load on internal teams by proactively managing vendor relationships, issues, and dependencies
• Partner closely with internal technology, digital experience, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and reliability
• Translate business and technical needs into epics and user stories in Jira
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies as needed to support delivery and execution
• Manage multiple initiatives concurrently across a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment
• Ensure awareness and alignment around: Payment reliability
• Fraud considerations
• Compliance impacts

• 4 year and/or Bachelor’s degree is required
• 5 or more years of experience in product management, ideally within payments, digital commerce, or fintech
• Direct experience working with payments, payment processors, gateways, digital wallets, gift cards, or transactional platforms
• Experience working with external vendors or technology partners and managing execution across organizational boundaries
• Exposure to fraud, compliance, or payment reliability concepts
• Hands‑on experience translating requirements into epics and user stories while leading agile events and managing delivery in Jira
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel with competing priorities
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills for the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Advanced degree in business, computer science, or a related field is a plus
