Job Description

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Owner is responsible for leading critical financial system integrations and data migrations during corporate acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment across GL, HCM, and Fixed Assets modules. In this project-driven role, you will partner with Finance and IT teams to gather complex requirements and design detailed implementation blueprints, while continuously optimizing and automating financial workflows to support corporate scalability. Additionally, the role involves establishing strict control protocols to ensure compliance with the Bill 52-109 framework, managing Oracle quarterly release updates and technical troubleshooting, and developing comprehensive standard operating procedures and training programs for post-acquisition onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • CPA designation or Oracle Certified Professional status considered a strong asset
  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Deep technical focus on General Ledger (GL), Intercompany transactions, HCM, and Fixed Assets modules
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations and post-acquisition financial integrations
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Superb communication skills
