Job Description

We are looking for a pragmatic and delivery-focused Product Owner to maximize short-term product value by owning priorities at User Story level. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that Sprint delivery is always focused on the most valuable and well-defined work, translating product direction into clear, actionable backlog items. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance value, risk, and delivery constraints in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills at team level
  • Hands-on experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • Fluent in English
  • Portuguese is a plus
  • Product Owner certification (PSPO I/II, CSPO, or equivalent) is preferred
