The Content Platform team collaborates closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Mobile Apps and the Booking funnel, to deliver optimal entry points into Flix’s customer-facing digital ecosystem. We are responsible for all of Flix’s homepages, Content Management System (CMS), demand-driven search engine landing pages, and an interactive map enabling users to explore Flix’s destinations. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in continuously enhancing and expanding the very first touchpoints most customers have with Flix—whether through a direct homepage visit or a city-specific landing page accessed via search. Your primary drivers will be customer exposure, engagement, and satisfaction. To strengthen and guide our team, we are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Product Owner (m/f/d). Our team is part of the Demand Division, Customer Experience Stream, and you will also become a member of the Customer Experience Product Owner community.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the product vision for our Content Platform team, focusing on attracting and engaging the right customers at the right time with the right offering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, design, implement, and optimize Flix’s digital presence and customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging first-touch experience
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target users and their evolving needs, leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions
Drive the product strategy and empower the team to deliver measurable customer value, in line with Flix’s strategic direction
Define the roadmap and continuously refine the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs
Formulate hypotheses and validate them through A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies
Make strategic product decisions grounded in analytics, customer feedback, and industry best practices
Contribute to the transformation of the Customer Experience stream into a high-performing, autonomous organization capable of generating quantifiable customer value
Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Solid understanding of web development principles and digital product delivery
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Flexible and adaptive to changing requirements and organizational priorities
Passion for working in an Agile environment, collaborating with the team to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Team player with empathy, intuition, and a growth mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in a customer experience, digital product, or marketing environment is advantageous but not mandatory
