We are looking for a "Product Owner" who has excellent English and can play a pivotal role in guiding product management, optimizing workflows for efficiency, and actively participating in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams. Job Responsibility

  • Guide, mentor, and collaborate with a team of software engineers and analysts informally to ensure successful project execution and delivery
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, architects, analysts, testers, etc., to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, providing guidance on product managemnet and optimizing management processes
  • Actively participate in analysis processes, working collaboratively with technical teams to analyze project requirements, design software solutions, and optimize development workflows for higher efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing product sprint, backlog, scrum board, product documents
  • Conducting effective analysis on the market and competitors
  • Have experience and familiarity with cloud products and platforms such as AWS, and Azure, leveraging this knowledge to enhance product management and development
  • Demonstrate experience in coding within a team in a software company, contributing effectively to the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro for enhanced project management, collaboration, and workflow optimization
  • Develop and implement robust software development and analysis processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal performance
  • Drive software design, development, testing, and deployment in alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Evaluate and optimize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering fields, and it is nice to have a master’s degree in these fields
  • Advanced level English language skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
  • Proven experience in software development, product management, and optimizing product management processes
  • Experience in coding within a team environment in a software company is a strong advantage
  • PSPO I-II (Professional Scrum Product Owner - Scrum.org) certificates are a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in metadologies like Agile and Scrum
  • Knowledge of integration methods such as RESTful APIs and webhooks
  • Demonstrated experience in providing informal guidance and collaborating effectively with team members
  • Expertise in software development methodologies, processes, and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and similar platforms for collaborative product analysis and design
  • Familiarity and experience with cloud products and platforms, especially AWS and Azure, is a plus
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for innovation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders
  • A track record of successful product analysis and development delivery, and an understanding of B2B market dynamics are highly desirable.
