Job Description:

The Hornetsecurity Group is the leading cloud security provider in Europe, protecting the IT infrastructure, digital communication, and data of companies and organizations of all sizes. For our location in Skopje (North Macedonia), we are looking for a motivated Product Owner (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and product squads
  • Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring it is properly prioritized and ready for sprint planning
  • Triage and prioritize feature requests, improvements, and bug fixes
  • Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product squads
  • Collaborate closely with product squads in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
  • Make quick, informed decisions to keep development moving forward
  • Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and align with the product vision
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create delightful user experiences
  • Work with other Product Managers and Product Owners to improve product management practices, resolve dependencies, and remove obstacles to feature delivery
  • Create and maintain all product documentation required for the delivery of product features according to the software development lifecycle process
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure smooth product adoption and address user concerns

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science
  • First experience as a Product Owner for B2B or B2C software
  • Enjoy solving complex problems in a collaborative manner
  • Organization, attention to detail, autonomy, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
  • Keen to expose yourself to new technologies and ideas
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

  • Used Atlassian Confluence and Jira
  • Experience with the Gherkin syntax
  • Fluent in German or French
