For our location in Skopje (North Macedonia), we are looking for a motivated Product Owner (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and product squads
Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring it is properly prioritized and ready for sprint planning
Triage and prioritize feature requests, improvements, and bug fixes
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product squads
Collaborate closely with product squads in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
Make quick, informed decisions to keep development moving forward
Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and align with the product vision
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create delightful user experiences
Work with other Product Managers and Product Owners to improve product management practices, resolve dependencies, and remove obstacles to feature delivery
Create and maintain all product documentation required for the delivery of product features according to the software development lifecycle process
Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure smooth product adoption and address user concerns
Requirements:
Degree in computer science
First experience as a Product Owner for B2B or B2C software
Enjoy solving complex problems in a collaborative manner
Organization, attention to detail, autonomy, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
Keen to expose yourself to new technologies and ideas
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Used Atlassian Confluence and Jira
Experience with the Gherkin syntax
Fluent in German or French
