Job Responsibility:

Own and maintain the product backlog
Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to support development
Work closely with engineering, UX, and ICRM team to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment
Facilitate backlog grooming and be actively involved in all agile ceremonies at scrum level
Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment
Support multiple business groups and external systems during the UAT phase
Production support for any high priority and critical issues/incidents
Ability to fetch and analyze data using basic SQL queries
Be able to work independently / with minimal supervision
Flexible and able to manage time effectively

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking or financial services
Hands on experience with SAFE Agile framework
Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands on experience with JIRA, Confluence
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Compliance
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification (or equivalent) is a plus
