Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a financial services organization to identify a Product Owner with Sageworks experience. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of loan origination systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization
  • Work closely with development teams to communicate product vision and address any roadblocks
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitor product progress and track bugs using tools like Atlassian Jira
  • Analyze user feedback and market trends to recommend improvements
  • Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing Sageworks
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for backlog grooming and bug tracking
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a product backlog
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user feedback and market data
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
