Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Product Team and drive technology initiatives across Stonebridge. As a Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering and optimising product experiences. Working closely with in-house IT, operational teams, compliance (Business Standards), senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you’ll own the product roadmap and ensure delivery aligns with both business objectives and customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Owner who enjoys collaboration, data-led decision making, and delivering meaningful change in a regulated environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, breaking down requirements into actionable user stories
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure features meet business needs
  • Support product development and oversee releases, tracking performance and iterating to improve features
  • Use data and analytics to make informed product decisions and monitor key performance metrics
  • Drive delivery within Agile frameworks, managing deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in financial services or technology projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements
