We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Product Team and drive technology initiatives across Stonebridge. As a Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering and optimising product experiences. Working closely with in-house IT, operational teams, compliance (Business Standards), senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you’ll own the product roadmap and ensure delivery aligns with both business objectives and customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Owner who enjoys collaboration, data-led decision making, and delivering meaningful change in a regulated environment.
Job Responsibility:
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Own and prioritise the product backlog, breaking down requirements into actionable user stories
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure features meet business needs
Support product development and oversee releases, tracking performance and iterating to improve features
Use data and analytics to make informed product decisions and monitor key performance metrics
Drive delivery within Agile frameworks, managing deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates
Requirements:
Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in financial services or technology projects
Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies and product lifecycle management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements
Passion for improving customer experience and delivering innovative solutions
