As a Product Owner Intern, you will participate in the development of one of our two solutions: Our Revenue Management solution CAYZN, dedicated to the transportation industry and used by major international accounts such as SNCF, BlaBlaCar, OUIGO, VR, SJ, etc. You will help ensure its reliability and focus on post-delivery analysis, Our comprehensive SaaS solution CARGO for airlines, which allows them to manage their cargo operations. It combines a Cargo Management System (CMS) with optimization modules using AI models to provide forecasts and assist users in making decisions such as setting the right capacity to sell (in kg and m³), the right price, the appropriate overbooking level, or the best pallet configuration (think of a 3D-Tetris optimizer), Our comprehensive SaaS solution Eventori for the sports and entertainment industry allows organizers to manage their ticketing operations end-to-end. It combines a Ticketing Management System (TMS) with optimization modules powered by AI to provide forecasts and assist users in making decisions such as setting the right ticket prices, managing access control, maximizing resale opportunities, optimizing seat allocation, or enhancing revenue through dynamic pricing.
Job Responsibility:
Participating in product delivery by managing the features backlog and writing specifications
Performing functional tests on each release and hotfix, coordinating with software and product teams to report potential bugs, and assisting developers in fixing them
Helping the product team improve the tool’s documentation
Analyzing client data to better understand how the tool is used
Requirements:
Pursuing a Master’s degree in Product/Project Management or Engineering
Looking for an end-of-study or gap-year internship
Interest in the Transport industry and/or Revenue Management
Able to translate business requirements into software functionalities
Sensitive to detecting bugs or inconsistencies in a web application
Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively at all levels, in both French and English
Nice to have:
A first experience in Revenue Management would be a plus
A first experience using Jira would be an advantage
An understanding of technical aspects would also be appreciated
