Job Description:

Whitehall Resources are looking for a Product Owner. This role is fully remote working on an initial 6 month contract. ***Due to contractual reasons, our client can only accept candidates based in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary or Romania***

Job Responsibility:

  • Product vision & roadmap setting
  • Backlog curation & prioritization
  • Stakeholder Management
  • KPI definition, optimization & product performance metrics
  • Define scope at the 'story' level with the team, including: acceptance criteria and descriptions
  • Identify and highlight changes in scope against agreed Minimum Viable Product to the Chief Product Owner and Delivery Lead
  • Facilitate providing design documentation to align with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) designs
  • A strong data mindset, comfortable working with analytics dashboards to define success criteria, monitor performance and provide insights
  • Has worked with A/B tests to improve journey conversion and quality of the service

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Product Owner/Manager role
  • Experience leading agile teams through the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
  • Agile and Lean frameworks (i.e. Scrum/Kanban methodology experience)
  • Not mandatory but ideally a relevant certification/qualification (i.e. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner)
  • Analytical mindset – working with analytics dashboards to define success criteria, monitor performance and impact, provide insights
  • Agile Delivery Skills (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Agile Methodology
