Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance the rider app by executing a strategic roadmap that improves productivity, efficiency, and delivery performance
  • Optimize rider deployment with real-time tracking, smart task assignment, and accurate payouts for efficiency and cost savings
  • Integrate training, performance tracking, and gamification features to enhance rider quality and engagement
  • Ensure legal compliance by adapting the app to local regulations, streamlining documentation management, and balancing global consistency with market-specific needs
  • Analyze app usage and performance data to prioritize features that boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve delivery speed, driving continuous app improvement and measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the app aligns with business goals, acting as the main point of contact for operations and effectively communicating priorities to stakeholders globally
  • Create scalable app features that integrate seamlessly with existing tools, supporting efficient onboarding and quick adoption in new or evolving markets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally within logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors
  • Demonstrated success in managing apps or operational tools used by riders or drivers, particularly in multi-market settings
  • Experience in driving product innovations that enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Skilled in creating product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering high-impact features
  • Strong knowledge of rider operations, cost control, and quality assurance processes
  • Expertise in analyzing performance metrics and translating data insights into actionable features
  • Excellent organizational abilities to handle complex projects and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse functions and regions
