We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the digital transformation of internal operational systems, transitioning from manual workflows to scalable, efficient, and user-centric digital solutions. This role is pivotal in connecting business needs with technical execution, ensuring the delivery of high-impact products that improve operational accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to gather and analyze operational requirements related to order management, production planning, and purchasing workflows
Backlog Management and Agile Execution: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that priorities reflect business value and operational urgency
Process Optimization and Workflow Analysis: Evaluate current processes, and identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for automation or simplification
Solution Validation and User Acceptance: Partner with QA and business users to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and validation protocols
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams
Training and Change Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to onboard users to new features and workflows
Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, configurations, and process changes
PostImplementation Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing support after feature releases, addressing user feedback and coordinating resolution of issues with the technical team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years in Product Ownership, Business Consulting, or Software Implementation
Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, demand analytics, and planning software functionalities
Familiarity with statistics, machine learning applications, and their relevance to supply chain optimization
Fluency in English is required
High adaptability to dynamic, multitasking environments with a focus on quality and results
Nice to have:
A Master’s degree or specialization in Supply Chain or Digital Transformation is a plus
Business Consulting, or Software Implementation is a plus
familiarity with Power BI and other analytics tools is a plus
