12 month engagement + extensions. Successful candidates will be required to undertake the following (but not limited to) tasks. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with defining and managing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple projects
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Gather and prioritise stakeholder requirements into a clear product backlog according to business value or ROI
Continuously refine backlog based on feedback and identified needs
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
Overseeing the product development process
Regular report on progress to stakeholders
Work closely with IT partners to provide clear requirements, and to ensure smooth delivery
Manage the product release priorities for delivery of new functionalities
Track product performance and use insights to guide improvements
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving business goals
Input into organisational change management when delivering the product
Serve as the product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
Outstanding leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
