Job Description

The Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 will lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. The role requires strong expertise in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and experience in Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will manage the product backlog, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in product performance.

  • Provide ongoing guidance to development teams, clarifying business needs and ensuring timely decision‑making
  • Validate deliverables and ensure they meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, and customer expectations
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Leverage deep understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and best practices to shape product decisions
  • Apply hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or related modules) to design solutions that maximizes platform capability
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility, identify dependencies, and support solution design
  • Champion data quality, usability, and seamless user experience across CRM touchpoints

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile delivery environment
  • Strong background in CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑200, PL‑600)
  • Experience integrating CRM with other enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with data governance, customer journeys, and process optimization
