The Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 will lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. The role requires strong expertise in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and experience in Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will manage the product backlog, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in product performance.
Job Responsibility:
Define and maintain a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Develop, communicate, and evolve a product roadmap that delivers incremental value and supports long‑term strategic objectives
Translate strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives, epics, and features
Act as the primary point of contact between the business and delivery teams
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, advising on CRM capabilities, and ensuring expectations are managed effectively
Conduct regular stakeholder reviews, demos, and roadmap sessions to ensure transparency and buy‑in
Create, manage, and continuously prioritise a well‑defined product backlog
Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria that reflect true business value
Balance reactive demand (e.g., defects, quick wins) with strategic enhancements
Ensure the development team has a well‑groomed backlog for upcoming sprints
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, architects, QA, UX, and third‑party partners
Provide ongoing guidance to development teams, clarifying business needs and ensuring timely decision‑making
Validate deliverables and ensure they meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, and customer expectations
Monitor product performance, adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Leverage deep understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and best practices to shape product decisions
Apply hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or related modules) to design solutions that maximizes platform capability
Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility, identify dependencies, and support solution design
Champion data quality, usability, and seamless user experience across CRM touchpoints
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile delivery environment
Strong background in CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Nice to have:
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑200, PL‑600)
Experience integrating CRM with other enterprise systems
Familiarity with data governance, customer journeys, and process optimization
Experience of JIRA, DevOps for backlog management
