Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale E-commerce and digital ecosystem platform in the construction materials industry. This role requires strong system thinking, experience with complex platforms, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable digital solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead product discovery and business analysis across multiple platform components
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Design and document: business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in IT projects
  • Proven experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Logistics, or ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: order management
  • supply chain & logistics
  • B2B and B2C sales flows
  • Experience working with complex multi-role platforms (marketplaces, ecosystems)
  • Ability to design and document end-to-end user journeys across multiple user types
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business)
  • Solid understanding of API integrations and system interactions
  • Experience in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or similar notations
  • Fluency in Uzbek and English

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry
