Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of a global SaaS app (Wrike) from an IT perspective
Coordinate internal IT and external development resources including vendor management
Drive requirements implementation aligning with business strategy and goals
Lead sprint planning, prioritizing alongside a Product Manager and system architect
Oversee internal development including smart integrations with enterprise systems
Champion security and sustainability in partnership with IT security teams
Harness data-driven dashboards (Power BI) to monitor global adoption
Craft and update training materials with expert third-party providers
Facilitate workshops, engaging demos, and best practice exchanges with key users
Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates across regions
Requirements:
Agile experience or DevOps familiarity
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global context
Proficient in MS Office
Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in hybrid, intercultural, and decentralized teams
Fluent in English (minimum B2)
Willingness to travel to our customer on a quarterly basis
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Jira, Power BI, or similar tools
German language skills
