Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of a global SaaS app (Wrike) from an IT perspective
  • Coordinate internal IT and external development resources including vendor management
  • Drive requirements implementation aligning with business strategy and goals
  • Lead sprint planning, prioritizing alongside a Product Manager and system architect
  • Oversee internal development including smart integrations with enterprise systems
  • Champion security and sustainability in partnership with IT security teams
  • Harness data-driven dashboards (Power BI) to monitor global adoption
  • Craft and update training materials with expert third-party providers
  • Facilitate workshops, engaging demos, and best practice exchanges with key users
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates across regions

Requirements:

  • Agile experience or DevOps familiarity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global context
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach to problem-solving
