CARGOSTACK is an end-to-end SaaS solution for airlines to manage their cargo business. It combines a Cargo Management System (CMS) with optimization modules leveraging AI models to provide forecast to support users when taking decisions such as setting the right level of capacity for sale (in kg and m3), the right price, the right overbooking level, or the best pallet build-up (think of a 3D-Tetris optimizer). As a Product Intern, you will join a team of experienced Product Managers working all together to build the most efficient and ergonomic solution while keeping our clients at a very high level of satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Take part in product delivery by handling features backlog, write specifications
Realize functional tests on each release and hotfix, coordinate with software and product teams to report potential bugs, and assist software developers to fix them
Help the product team to improve the documentation of the tool
Analyze clients data to better understand how the tool is used
Requirements:
Pursuing a Master's degree in Product/Project Management or Engineering
Looking for an end-of-study internship
Quick learner with the ability to translate business requirements into software functionalities
Curious, self-motivated, and have high standards for the quality of your work
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication at all levels in both French and English
Prior experience in Revenue Management or with Project/Product Management tools like Jira (ideally)
