Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with business to understand and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Core HCM
  • Understand business requirements and provide solution

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation - Compensation
  • Techno Functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation & Benefits)
  • Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for International Mobility application initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
