Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the Business Innovation department to define and communicate AI solutions vision and strategy
  • Identify AI assets to scale, prioritize feature development, and manage the backlog
  • Work with architects, engineers, QA teams, and business units to ensure smooth development, deployment, and adoption
  • Ensure AI solutions meet quality, compliance, and integration standards
  • Track metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration and stakeholder alignment
  • Contribute to long-term vision of the GenAI Center of Expertise and identify opportunities to scale AI solutions
  • Oversee creation of product and technical documentation, roadmaps, and content for AI platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and business processes
  • Experience in AI/digital product portfolio management within complex organizations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Expertise with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban)
  • English environment mandatory

  • French or Spanish nice to have
  • Background in AI, software development, or digital transformation preferred
