Job Responsibility:

  • Define and Champion Product Vision: Own the product and value stream vision, serving as the strategic north star for multiple Scrum Teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals

  • Represent the Product: Actively participate in Scrum events, ensuring strong alignment with the broader Product Management vision

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in agile cultures
  • 5+ years as a Lead Product Owner for a significant program, preferably within the banking or financial services domain
  • Proven ability to prioritize initiatives effectively to maximize business value
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and align stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a talent for synthesizing complex information and making data-driven decisions
  • A successful history of delivering products on time and within scope
  • Understanding of design thinking, behavior-driven development (BDD), and experience creating context/process diagrams
  • Expertise with leading agile management tools (e.g., Atlassian suite, MS Teams)
  • Advanced Product Owner certifications (e.g., SAFe PO/PM) are highly valued
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, or equivalent experience
