As Product Owner, Customer Engagement, reporting to the Product Manager, Customer Engagement, you will lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of customer journey enhancements within a specific product area. You’ll serve as the bridge between business teams (Digital, Customer Engagement, Marketing) and technical teams (IT, external vendors), ensuring features are delivered on time, meet business needs, and create meaningful customer experiences across loyalty and engagement platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Plan & Prioritize: Manage backlogs, user stories, and delivery of enhancements in areas like acquisition, engagement, retention, and personalization
Execute & Deliver: Ensure features meet business needs, track performance post-launch, and document processes
Collaborate & Align: Facilitate agile ceremonies, act as the bridge between business and technical teams, and coordinate with other product owners
Innovate & Improve: Lead test-and-learn initiatives, identify opportunities for personalization, and stay ahead of technology trends
Requirements:
University degree in related field of study
6+ years’ experience in product ownership or customer journey management
