Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join an internal investment project focused on building and evolving enterprise-grade SAP solutions in the IPD/PLM area, and other projects. This role is ideal for a senior professional who can drive product vision, shape business processes, and ensure high-quality delivery in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams. Prior experience with SAP IPD/PLM is desirable but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn complex business areas are key to success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize complex business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs for the development team
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and Dev, QA, UA, and UI teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Ensure solutions meet internal governance, compliance, and quality standards
  • Support change management, documentation, and user enablement activities
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Coordination of requirements with the product manager and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate Planning sessions, Backlog refinements, Sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, preferably in SAP environments
  • Strong experience in requirements management, product ownership, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Solid understanding of enterprise business processes (e.g., R&D, innovation, finance, legal, or similar complex domains)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional, and international environments
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • English B2+
