Experienced as a Product Owner for B2B or B2C software
Multiple years of experience in technical support, service desk, software development, or deep knowledge and passion for product and technology
Degree in computer science, completed education, or comparable technical knowledge
Passionate about product design, product lifecycle, and user experience
Avid problem solver, quick on feet, able to break down complex problems logically
Highly organized and structured, proactively manage deadlines and provide updates

Job Responsibility

Part of a multi-national product management team and help build products in our backup and GRC suite, as well as internal tools
Responsible for collaborating closely with product managers to understand the product scope and objectives
Act as a conduit of information between the product management team and the Product Development Centre (PDC) teams
Responsible for defining how to reach designated business and product objectives by writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ideate, visualize, and create wireframes
Define the features needed to reach objectives in close collaboration with product managers and PDC team leads, aligned with the product strategy
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create delightful user experiences and obtain detailed product mockups
Responsible for the assigned product backlog and for tracking feature requests
Perform user acceptance testing and review developed features based on the defined acceptance criteria to reach and accept product shipping criteria
Support the product development team as necessary to reach the desired goals
