Job Responsibility

  • Setup and facilitate workshops, meetings & interviews with client teams
  • Develop the product plan in conjunction with various stakeholders across multiple organizations and disciplines
  • Estimate project resource needs in line with the project requirements & plan
  • Apply technology & business knowledge to create a path for the product development and rollout in line with client expectations
  • Work with solution architects & functional teams to shape product strategy
  • Have a willingness to travel as needed for client projects

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a project lead level
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • and/or MBA
  • Experience with data & analytics solutions delivery
  • Experience with eCommerce &/or cloud analytics solutions
  • Experience with Agile (including DevOps) way of working and running scrum teams, either as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across clients, peers, and supervisors
  • Experience in leading teams and delivering successful projects (complete life cycle)
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • fluent in English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrable experience
  • Ability to innovate and deal with a constantly changing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, cloud analytics solutions
  • Experience with SLDC and Waterfall development processes
