We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. The AI Engineering Platforms team builds the foundational infrastructure that powers intelligent customer experiences across T-Mobile's entire brand portfolio. Our platforms enable millions of customer interactions through chatbots, voice services, and AI-driven support channels—serving customers across T-Mobile, Metro, and beyond. As a Product Owner Intern, you'll contribute to strategic design discussions, document platform decisions, and help shape capabilities that dozens of teams rely on to deliver seamless, scalable experiences. You'll see firsthand how thoughtful platform thinking prevents technical debt and accelerates innovation across the enterprise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Author user stories with clear acceptance criteria focused on multi-brand, cross-team reusability
  • Develop technical documentation such as integration guides, configuration specs, and onboarding materials
  • Gather feedback from product pods and analyze adoption metrics to inform platform improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering in agile ceremonies and design reviews

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with agile practices and tools like JIRA or Confluence
  • Basic data analysis skills (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools)
  • Strong written communication and documentation abilities
  • Interest in AI/ML, platform design, or scalable technology solutions
  • Experience working on cross-functional or multi-stakeholder projects
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships
