Job Description:

Join us as a Product Owner - Adobe Workfront at Barclays where you'll be primarily responsible for managing and optimising the Adobe Workfront platform for the Barclays UK organisation, continuous process improvement and ensuring technical stability. You’ll oversee backlogs, streamline workflows and support users with issues to enhance operational efficiency. You’ll also drive change management efforts by developing training, promoting adoption, and creating clear, user friendly guides.

Requirements:

  • Ability to act as a bridge between the business, stakeholders, and the product team, ensuring clear communication and great relationship management
  • Good presentation skills and confidence in delivering trainings to diverse audiences
  • Proven capability in process mapping with a genuine interest in process improvement and optimization
  • Solid negotiating and influencing skills, particularly when supporting the development or evolution of processes
  • Previous experience in delivering technology projects end‑to‑end
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimisation, with the ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements

Nice to have:

  • Hands‑on experience using Adobe Workfront, including familiarity with work management, reporting, or workflow configuration
  • Knowledge of change management practices to support adoption and smooth transitions during process or system updates
  • Exposure to product ownership principles, including understanding user needs, prioritising backlogs, and supporting feature development
  • Any experience working within Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, including participation in ceremonies and iterative delivery
