Job Description:

Responsible for formulating and defining systems and objectives based on a good understanding of applicable business systems. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

  • Formulate and define systems and objectives based on a good understanding of applicable business systems
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time and form of desired results
  • Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation
  • Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate into proper system requirement specifications
  • Identify and assess probable interactions of related computer systems and predict impact of a change in assigned system
  • Review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives
  • Function as a liaison between the client, community and internal IT and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations
  • Support the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements
  • Deliver exciting, customer-centric experiences, working closely with your scrum team
  • Create and own user stories using analysis techniques such as BDD and INVEST
  • Be an active participant in scrum ceremonies
  • Provide the scrum the requirement context
  • Maintain the scrum team backlog
  • Proactively work with team to identify cross team dependencies
  • Work closely with the Squad to provide guidance, provide insight and give feedback
  • Communicate progress to relevant stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure that delivery is on track
  • Demo deliverables to the internal technology teams and to the business stakeholders
  • Work with your scrum team, technology support and the business to identity, prioritise and resolve defects or bugs
  • Be a contributor to continuous improvement
  • Actively learn new analysis skills, tools and techniques
  • Support other team members in both process and content knowledge development
  • Support the Senior Product Analyst in team development activities and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 to 7.5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong track record of using Agile methodologies to deliver working software
  • Excellent analysis skills
  • Passion, drive and resilience with a solution focused mindset
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships
  • Experience in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma
