Job Responsibility:

  • Define and maintain the CMDB product vision and roadmap, aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes and data governance standards
  • Work closely with the Configuration Management Process Owner to drive process excellence and compliance
  • Partner with the Data Architect to align CMDB structures with the enterprise data model and integration patterns
  • Champion out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities, minimizing customizations while maximizing business value
  • Act as the customer voice in agile ceremonies, ensuring backlog channel deliver measurable outcomes
  • Monitor product performance and continuously improve data quality, automation potential, and user experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in enterprise IT settings
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
  • Understanding of ITIL Configuration Management principles
  • Familiarity with data modeling, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture concepts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passion for data-driven automation and digital transformation
