Job Description:

Senior-level position responsible for liaising between Trade finance business users and trade finance technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Job Responsibility:

Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects
Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options
Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams
Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives
Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions
Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching
Assess risk when business decisions are made and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

8-12 years of experience
Hands on Experience in Finance domain
Experience in Trade Finance and Working Capital Finance domain is a Plus
Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Effective system documentation maintenance including User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization in Jira
Well-versed in Agile development, JIRA (Epic and Stories) and AI tools
Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Working knowledge in writing database queries
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Relationship builder, team player, and results-driven with good interpersonal skills
SAFe Agile POPM certification is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

SAFe Agile POPM certification
