Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and ongoing evolution of our mobile application. You will own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to deliver a high-quality, user-focused mobile experience. This role requires strong product ownership, a mobile-first mindset, and the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and define the mobile app vision, roadmap, and success metrics
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize user value and business impact
  • Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with mobile engineers (iOS, Android, or cross-platform), UX/UI designers, and QA teams
  • Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos
  • Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and high-quality user experience across mobile platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders to align mobile features with broader business objectives
  • Drive adoption and improvement through data-driven decisions, testing, and continuous iteration
  • Monitor app performance, user behavior, and feedback using analytics and app store insights

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Experience delivering and scaling consumer or enterprise mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams on mobile-specific challenges
  • Experience prioritizing features based on user impact, analytics, and business value
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with mobile analytics, A/B testing, and app store optimization
  • Exposure to CRM platforms or enterprise systems
  • Salesforce experience or familiarity (e.g. integrations, mobile SDKs, backend systems)
  • Product or agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
