Job Description:

This role involves managing HRIS integration solutions for upcoming projects. This is a 10-month contract opportunity located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and refine the product vision by translating strategic goals into prioritized backlog items
Create detailed user stories specifically for API development and streaming workflows, ensuring clarity for technical teams
Assess and confirm the technical feasibility of features, aligning them with architecture standards and data management policies
Map and document data flow and lineage to guarantee transparency, compliance, and audit readiness
Lead sprint planning sessions, manage backlog grooming, and facilitate project demonstrations

Requirements:

At least five years of experience in product ownership or enterprise application integration roles
Proven ability to craft technical user stories related to Java APIs, Kafka streaming, and data pipelines
Strong knowledge of data lineage throughout ingestion, transformation, and consumption processes
Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP, or Alight, as well as cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
