Job Responsibility:

Partner with Product Manager to understand vision and priorities
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize the product backlog
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, and data science—to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions
Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature delivery
Partner with QA and UAT teams to ensure robust testing and post-launch validation
Support product syndication and customization for enterprise clients
Monitor user feedback and design performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

3+ years+ of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role
Strong background in end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data in a straightforward manner
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
Familiarity with bot creation, generative AI, virtual assistants, or telephony systems (IVR, NLP, etc.)
Experience with conversational design principles and user experience best practices
Background in healthcare or other regulated industries
Proficiency with tools like Visio, Miro, or other process modeling platforms.
