Job Description:

This internship offers a structured introduction to Product Operations inside a global tech company. You'll work closely with the Product Ops team, supporting real initiatives that improve how our products are measured, maintained, and delivered. You'll get exposure to both sides of the work - building tools and turning data into insights that support decision-making. We actively use modern AI tools in our daily work - from analysis and reporting to documentation and workflow optimisation - and you'll learn how to use them responsibly and effectively as part of the role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with data analysis and using AI tools to explore datasets, generate reports, and surface insights from sources like Jira, GitHub, and Coda
  • Supporting data pipelines, integrations, and tooling configuration — including AI-assisted automations and workflows
  • Helping define and test analytics events to ensure data accuracy, using AI to identify gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies
  • Helping translate data into clear summaries and visualisations for different audiences
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to surface actionable insights
  • Supporting coordination of projects, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in business, analytics, technology, engineering, or related fields
  • Interest in how digital products are measured, optimised, and improved
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity about data — you want to understand why, not just what
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Full-time availability for the full internship period
  • Comfortable using modern tools (including AI tools) or eager to learn how to use them effectively
