The Product Operations, Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in the development and rollout of products that drive the business forward. Functioning as an extension of the Product team, you will partner closely with Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Data, and Product Marketing to ensure successful launches. This position offers meaningful ownership over execution, quality, and iteration speed as we scale a fast-growing business line.
Job Responsibility:
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive pilot execution from planning through to delivery and evaluation
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, ensuring all key deliverables are met while providing transparent updates on challenges, risks, and project status
Evaluate project progress continuously, integrating client feedback to inform and drive process improvements and enhancements
Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and configurations
Lead post-launch follow-through to ensure issues are identified, resolved, and learned from
Use SQL and internal tools to analyze product usage, adoption, and workflow health
Own feedback loop conversations, synthesizing data across multiple channels such as call snippets, Datadog, support tickets, surveys, and more—acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive short- and long-term improvements
Build and scale product operations processes, including monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support operations

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in product operations, management consulting, banking, or related operational roles in high-growth tech companies
Deep analytical experience, SQL proficiency
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
Strong written communication skills, including specs and process documentation
High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
