UltaHost is seeking a detail-driven and organized Product Operations Manager to streamline our product development cycles, documentation processes, and cross-departmental execution. As our infrastructure, AI systems, and user platform expand, we need a dedicated operator to keep product teams aligned, launches smooth, and feedback structured. You’ll work with product managers, designers, developers, QA, and customer success to ensure projects move efficiently from planning to release. This is a central role in managing deadlines, organizing backlog systems, preparing rollout materials, and documenting releases across all UltaHost services.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate day-to-day product execution across engineering, QA, and marketing
Maintain internal product dashboards, calendars, roadmaps, and ClickUp boards
Own product documentation: feature specs, release notes, workflows, and internal guidelines
Assist in planning and running product sprints, stand-ups, and backlog grooming
Organize and track feature requests from users, partners, and internal stakeholders
Ensure releases are properly tested, documented, and deployed on time
Partner with Support and Marketing to create launch materials and internal updates
Develop and improve templates, checklists, and tools for better product delivery
Manage QA timelines, internal user testing programs, and feature flag coordination
Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
3+ years in product operations, product management, or project coordination (SaaS or tech preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello
Familiarity with hosting platforms, billing systems, or SaaS infrastructure tools
Strong documentation ability using Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, etc.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and time zones
Basic understanding of how technical teams deploy and test features
Confident in building workflows and improving operational processes
Nice to have:
Background in QA, customer success, or project management
Familiarity with WHMCS or hosting panel workflows
Experience building internal wiki systems, user manuals, or knowledge bases
Exposure to localization/translation workflows for product rollouts
Understanding of data privacy and release compliance
