We're looking for a Billing Operations Manager to lead and elevate our Billing Operations team, driving accuracy, efficiency, and scalable end-to-end billing processes across all products and markets.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop the Billing Operations team, providing guidance and support across technical, procedural, and cross-functional billing topics
Create, implement, and enforce billing procedures, policies, and best-practice processes
Align local markets and HQ teams on operational matters to ensure consistency, clarity, and shared success
Monitor, improve, and troubleshoot billing processes and systems to ensure timely, accurate billing operations across product lines
Define, measure, and own operational goals for the team
Requirements:
Effective people manager who can lead operational specialists and collaborate across product, development, tax, accounting, and other teams
Strong experience managing billing operations or similar finance-operations functions at scale, ideally across multiple markets
Skilled at building, optimising, and standardising business processes, with attention to accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Understand both the technical and functional aspects of billing systems and can quickly diagnose and resolve complex billing issues
Make data-driven decisions using billing, tax, and financial reports, and communicate clearly when aligning diverse stakeholders
