Job Description:

Instawork is seeking a detail-oriented and automation-savvy Product Operations Analyst to help optimize operational processes and ensure data accuracy across platforms. This is an opportunity to grow your career at the intersection of operations, data, and intelligent automation.

Job Responsibility:

Own Data Quality & Integrity: implement and maintain robust processes for validating and verifying data accuracy
Build & Deploy Automation Solutions: design and implement automation workflows using N8n, Zapier, or custom scripts
Leverage AI for Operational Excellence: utilize AI tools to automate data processing, generate insights, create documentation
Manage End-to-End Projects: own short-term and long-term operational projects with comprehensive documentation
Drive Process Improvements: continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation
Partner Across Functions: work closely with Biz-Ops, product management, engineering, billing ops, and sales teams

Requirements:

Automation Enthusiast: built workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
AI-Powered Problem Solver: leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs
Data-Driven & Analytical: comfortable diving into databases using SQL, analyzing trends in Excel or Google Sheets, creating dashboards
Technical Tinkerer: enjoy building solutions using no-code/low-code platforms like Replit, Retool, or similar tools, not afraid to write simple scripts or work with APIs
Process Optimizer: identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes, organized, detail-oriented
Self-Starter & Collaborative: work independently to manage multiple projects, partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Biz-Ops, product, sales, and payroll

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Scripting & Development Skills: Experience with Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages
API & Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Data Visualization Skills: Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools
Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
